It is for puppies for sale in Youngstown Ohio. The ad is the first one listed and begins "Adorable Puppies." Their website (www.ohiopuppy.com) definitely looks like the are a puppymill and I have no idea what the conditions are that their breeder dogs live in. Does anyone in this organization know anything about them? Have they been investigated? Protested against? Right now, I'd trying to gather info. about them. They think they’re in the animal business, what they're NOT is qualfied in any veterinary sense to be keeping the ill ones in their back room instead of sending them to an animal clinic. They lie to their customers and let the dogs die from malnutrition/ being taken from their mothers too soon, and that’s only what happened to me after we put a downpayment on a dog and went back to get it. The owner’s wife is aggressive and violent and says the Perth SPCA “Are her best friends” where complaints being filed are concerned. Don’t buy their animals and for God’s sake, breeders, sell them privately and humanely! They’re famous for taking your *downpayment* and then accepting higher prices from other buyers. Suddenly, your dog is “dead” when you go in to get it! If you go into these places and the animals look unhealthy, SPCA says to call them, that they aren’t allowed to go in without *cause*. But if SPCA is the “best friend” of the perpetrators, then don’t expect anyone to look after the animals’ health and welfare! I am also greatful at the same time because I saved my baby Rouffiss, a bassett hound, from that horrible place that she called a "gods place". And if that is what she calles that I would like to know what hell is like then! I was only able to handle the working conditions for a month and a half due to sickness caused from the chemicals that we were told to clean the barns and pens with. I am no way even proud of the fact that I worked there but I do know that she needs to be treated the ways that she treats those poor animals, and see how she likes it! We avoided pet stores and went to a local kennel and asked all the right questions(we thought) The Kennel was clean and the people were nice to their animals. When we got our dog’s papers and the breeder was Kathy Bauch we didn’t think anything of it until we saw the ITEAM news story her puppy Mill in MN.
